Ballyhannon House


  1. The proprietor(s) and management reserve the right to refuse an applicant permission to ride at the Ballyhannon House.
  2. Accurate information on riding experience must be supplied before acceptance.
  3. Helmets, proper footwear and clothing must be worn.
  4. All instructions from the management and staff must be meticulously followed.

All instructors are properly trained and qualified and Ballyhannon House make every effort to protect the safety of riders but, in the interests of providing a service at a reasonable price and to permit us to continue in business without fear of constant claims for injuries etc., we will require that the overleaf disclaimer be accepted and to form part of the conditions of riding at Ballyhannon House.

The proprietor(s), management and employees of Ballyhannon House shall not be liable for, nor shall they accept responsibility for, any injury, loss of damage howsoever sustained by any person or persons – including the customer/rider – whether arising under the express or implied terms of this contract or at common law or as a result of or in the course of or arising out of any of the activities of Ballyhannon House or in any other way whatsoever.

I consent to the use of my portrait, picture or photograph as part of any advertising or promotional activities on the part of Ballyhannon House without any compensation being made or claimed by me. The images may be used on their website as well as in communications or promotional products, such as publications, CD-ROMs, DVDs, displays, pamphlets and presentations.
